Eligibility: The Best Price Guarantee applies to all new BYD car models sold by BYD by 1826 Pte Ltd. Customers must present a valid lower-priced binding offer from another authorized BYD dealer in Singapore prior to purchase.

Price Matching: The competing offer must be for an identically equipped model (same model, trim, accessories, etc.) and must be currently available. The price difference will be matched by BYD by 1826 Pte Ltd to ensure you are receiving the lowest price available among authorized BYD dealers in Singapore.

Documentation: Proof of the lower price must be provided. This can include advertisements, written quotes, or published price listings. Documentation must be verifiable and must include the date, dealership name, and detailed vehicle specifications.

Exclusions: Offers not directly related to the vehicle’s base price are excluded. Offers from unauthorized dealers, private sales, or from dealers outside of Singapore are not eligible.

Modification or Cancellation: BYD by 1826 Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice.

Final Decision: All decisions regarding price matching and the Best Price Guarantee are final and binding.

Documentation Requirements for Best Price Guarantee Claims

Official Quotation: Customers must provide an official dated quotation from another authorized BYD dealer in Singapore. The quotation should clearly list the vehicle model, trim level, and any included accessories or features alongside the price.

Advertisement Proof: If the claim is based on a published price, customers should provide a copy of the advertisement, whether it’s from a newspaper, brochure, or an online listing. The advertisement must be current and clearly show the date and dealership details.

Dealer’s Price List: A printed price list from the competitor's dealership can also be accepted as valid documentation. It must be up to date and specify the exact model and specifications of the vehicle.

Photographic Evidence: In cases where digital or physical copies of advertisements or price lists are not obtainable, customers can submit photographic evidence. Photos must be clear and must include details like the date and the context showing the dealership’s name.

Email or Mobile Messaging Communications: Written email or mobile messaging communication from another authorized BYD dealer detailing the offer can be used as proof. The email or mobile message must come from an official dealer email address or mobile number and include specifics about the vehicle offer.

Verification Process:

Date Verification: All submitted proof must be dated within the respective BYD Pricelist date.

Dealer Verification: Proof must originate from an authorized BYD dealer within Singapore.

Detail Confirmation: The dealership team at BYD by 1826 Pte Ltd will verify that the model, trim, and specifications listed in the competitor's offer match exactly those for which the price match is claimed.

Submission Details: Customers should submit their claims along with the required proof to their assigned BYD by 1826 Pte Ltd Sales Consultant in person.

The BYD by 1826 Membership Program is offered at no cost. Enrollment in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Members earn points for each dollar spent on services or products, calculated as 'Dollar paid x 10', with points distributed equally among all members listed on a transaction receipt.

The Program features various membership tiers, with each tier determined by the amount of unexpired points a member holds. Members accrue benefits including discounts and point multipliers, as detailed on the membership page. Note that points have a validity period of 12 months from the date of accrual, after which they will expire.

Members from our EightX Lifestyle membership system are required to re-enroll in the updated Program. These existing members may qualify for a tier upgrade, subject to an evaluation of their past spending under the previous system.

In the event of technical issues leading to incorrect point allocation, BYD by 1826 reserves the right to amend such allocations at its discretion. Members will be informed of any adjustments as necessary.
