Bookings are subject to venue availability and written confirmation. A 50% booking deposit secures the date and is applied towards your final bill; the remaining estimated balance is due seven days before the event.

Please confirm your final guest count, menu selections, dietary requirements and event arrangements at least 14 days before the event. The confirmed guest count becomes the minimum number of guests chargeable.

• Minimum spend applies to eligible food and beverages consumed during the confirmed event period, before service charge and GST.
• Any unutilised minimum spend will be charged as a venue booking fee and cannot be exchanged for takeaway items, credits or future use.
• Setup, event activities and teardown must take place within the confirmed booking period.
• Overtime is subject to venue availability and prior approval, and will be charged at S$500 per additional hour or part thereof.

Event bookings start from four hours, including setup, event activities and teardown. Extensions require prior approval and venue availability, and are charged at $500 per additional hour or part thereof.

The booking deposit is non-refundable once your event date is confirmed. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event may incur additional charges. Postponements are subject to approval, availability and prevailing rates.

External food, beverages, decorations, equipment, entertainment and vendors require prior written approval. Clients remain responsible for their guests and vendors, including any loss, damage or additional cleaning arising from the event.

We will accommodate dietary requirements where reasonably possible. However, as our kitchen handles a range of ingredients, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
