Who is eligible?
Registered owners of eligible BYD or DENZA passenger vehicles in Singapore can enjoy the programme. If you bought your BYD from us, our team will confirm your eligibility and arrange your card.
How do I get a card, and is there a fee?
The programme is complimentary, with no subscription fee. We’ll arrange your physical card after confirming eligibility. If you bought your BYD from us and haven’t received yours, get in touch with our team and we’ll help you check its status.
How do I use my card?
Check the offer’s redemption instructions before your visit. Present your physical card before ordering at food and beverage outlets, or before paying elsewhere. Partners may also request identification or proof of vehicle ownership.
Can I share or transfer my card?
Your card is non-transferable and cannot be lent to family or friends. Eligibility ends when you are no longer the registered vehicle owner. Your dealer must verify any ownership change and approve a card handover before it takes place.
Do offers expire, and can I combine them?
Offer dates, participating outlets, booking requirements and exclusions vary by partner. You can only combine an offer with other promotions, vouchers or loyalty benefits when its terms expressly allow it. Check the current details before booking or paying.
What if my card is lost or damaged?
Contact the dealer that issued your card as soon as possible if it is lost, stolen or damaged. Replacement cards cost $100 including GST.
